Chicago’s West Loop is becoming an increasingly popular residential area because of its close proximity to the Loop, and the number of readily available lofts and condominiums. As the primary loft district in Chicago, the West Loop has been compared to New York’s Soho as many buildings are being converted to “true lofts” with exposed ceilings and brick walls. The West Loop also features many up and coming restaurants, hip bars, dance clubs and art galleries. The West Loop is situated between Lake, Kennedy Expressway, Eisenhower Expressway and Ashland.

West Loop residents also enjoy easy access to Greek Town, Little Italy, Fulton Market, the University of Illinois at Chicago and the United Center – home of the Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks.
